A bike that will go 100,000 miles without maintenance just like most modern cars. Oil changes in fluid level checks would be the only things required. Having to have the valves adjusted , clutch adjusted etc.. are a thing of the past with most automobiles (at least for the first 100k) so why not motorcycles? Sometimes I believe the only reason they won’t design motorcycles that are near maintenance-free is because the dealership needs the income of the maintenance department to survive. It’s a sad situation that won’t likely change in the near future. If you own a BMW and take a look at the service department receipt, you’ll know what I mean.
“Connectivity” advances are nice, but not everybody cares about being constantly connected. Many riders like to be free of all connectivity when they ride.
